Pulido

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Jorge is a technology executive with over 25 years of leadership at Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, HP, and Disney, where he built a career around strategic deal execution, enterprise transformation, and relationship-driven business development. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration.

A hands-on real estate investor for over 12 years, Jorge built and managed a portfolio of single-family rental properties in the Seattle, Washington market before transitioning into multifamily syndication.

At BPCG, Jorge leads asset sourcing, deal strategy, acquisitions, and co-leads investor relationships — applying executive discipline and conservative underwriting to build a real estate investment platform that creates long-term wealth and improves workforce housing communities across Central Florida.

Jonathan
Blum

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Jonathan is a media executive, civil engineer, and real estate investor with over 25 years of leadership experience at globally recognized organizations including Cisneros Media, E! Entertainment Television, and McKinsey & Company, where he built a career around strategic planning, brand development, and operational leadership.

A hands-on real estate investor for over 15 years, Jonathan has successfully acquired, remodeled, and sold properties across the United States, consistently delivering strong returns. He is also a Licensed Florida Real Estate Associate with Compass, one of the nation’s leading brokerages.

At BPCG, Jonathan leads investor communications and market strategy — applying data-driven discipline, brand-building expertise, and deep real estate experience to identify opportunities and position BPCG as a trusted name in Central Florida multifamily investing.

Picheny

Strategic Advisor
 

Matt brings extensive experience in multifamily acquisitions, syndication, and investment management. Drawing on years of operating and scaling apartment communities, he advises Blum Pulido Capital Group on investment strategy, due diligence, and operational best practices. His guidance helps strengthen the firm’s investment process and reinforces its focus on protecting investor capital while pursuing attractive risk-adjusted returns.
